A symmetrical pattern on black: neon red, yellow, blue and white squiggles radiate in a cross from a central glowing green orb, with four more green orbs in the corners.
A pastel figure study in reds and yellows: a reclining body seen from behind and below, the legs crossing the frame against a deep red ground.
A still life drawn in saturated red, blue and purple: a white die, a looped chain, a patterned bandana and a glass sphere with an eye visible inside it.
The same split portrait drawn in graphite on white: dense hatching builds the hair, face and collar, with a black band running from the crown to the chin and fine tendrils trailing from the cheek.
The split portrait in a warm colorway: an orange and yellow face against a deep blue mottled ground, with orange tendrils curling from the cheek and a hatched ochre collar.
A portrait split down the middle by a vertical brown band: the face is painted in blue and purple against a hot pink ground, with pale green tendrils curling from the cheek and a green and pink hatched collar below.
A pen-and-ink drawing of a skull wrapped in cloth above a skeletal hand and forearm, worked in dense hatching against a solid black field.
A charcoal drawing of a well-worn leather baseball glove lying on its side, the Mizuno wordmark visible on the strap, lit from the left with a soft cast shadow.
A painted portrait of a child’s face looking slightly upward, dark hair falling across the forehead, modeled in blue-gray and warm brown against a dark ground.
